Reasonably large, central hotel with very good location and staff.

Thanks for the fine stay in time. It has handy, incredible setting, next to Chinatown and the famous restaurant in Chinatown that Obama ate in and buses going to fisherman wharf. They provide many type of service - lovely bar, free wi-fi, shuttle to the airport.

Beautiful and cosy units with two queen size beds. There was a lot of fabulous meals.

Beautiful nice central hotel with great value, we had a fairly nice stay. The restaurant was great, it had hot meals. The service was excellent, totally satisfied.

The venue was quiet, I enjoyed the stay and the location was perfect really close to China Town, the financial district and all the attractions. The staff was brilliant, I had a great stay. Neat units with the short shower. Everywhere there was clean.

Wi-Fi signal was very weak; too expensive breakfast, a little disappointed.

Everything here was nice, and the weather was warm sunny, loved it. The room met expectation, pet-friendly with the short shower.

Clean room, comfy beds, lovely pool. We had breakfast, it was complimentary and complimentary! Staff was quick to help and took care of requests. The location was quiet and the view was spectacular.

it made my trip to san francisco an really enjoyable experience. it was very clean place, staff were welcoming, and i loved my just beautiful room. coffee and wi-fi in the room and the extra comfy bed. the service provided there was efficient. the area was downtown, a great base for me.

We had a really great time. The rooms and location were terrific. The bonus was modern room decor and executive bar. The efficient check-in process too.
